Flood Homes is one of the largest manufactured home companies in Wisconsin. As your local Cavco Homes store here in Fond Du Lac, we are conveniently located just minutes south of the Fox Valley and one hour north of Milwaukee. A few minutes from beautiful Lake Winnebago and Lakeside Park.
Here at Ashland Grove Community, we are located within 2 minutes of major medical clinics. On site, we have a beautiful club house for our residents' enjoyment. Also, underground storm shelters are provided to residents of Ashland Grove Manufactured Home Community.
