Cavco Giveaway Official Rules

  1. Official Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  ONE ENTRY PER ADULT PERSON.
  2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is hosted by Cavco Industries, Inc. (the Sponsor) and is open to legal residents of the 50 United States aged 18 and older at time of entry.  This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, and affiliates as well as members of an employee’s immediate family and/household members are ineligible to participate in the Giveaway.
  3. Sponsorship. The Sponsor is located at 3636 North Central Avenue, Suite 1200 Phoenix, Arizona 85012. The Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.
  4. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Giveaway, the entrant agrees to abide by The Sponsor’s official rules and decisions, which are binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or disqualify any entry at any time .Entering the Giveaway represents and warrants that you are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements as explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of The Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Giveaway.
  5. The Giveaway Entry Period. This promotion begins January 15, 2026, 12:01AM Eastern Time and ends March 27, 2026, 11:59PM Eastern Time. To be eligible for the Giveaway, entries must be received within the specified entry period.
  6. How to Enter. Entries may only be submitted in person at one of the Sponsor’s promotional events held in Kentucky or Mississippi during the Giveaway Entry Period. To be eligible to win, as a participant, your entry must fully meet all the Giveaway requirements. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified.
  7. Prizes. The winner of the Giveaway will receive a cash prize valued at $15,000. The cash prize can be used to purchase a Harley-Davidson motorcycle or used in any other manner the winner deems. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, delivery costs and insurance fees associated with the prize. The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. The prize is non-transferable, non assignable, and can not be substituted by other products.
  8. Odds. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
  9. Selection and Notification of the winner. The winner will be selected by a random drawing within 10 days post-entry period.  The Sponsor will notify the winner by email and/or phone call and/or social media post within 5 days following winner selection. The Sponsor is not responsible for nor shall have liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall The Sponsor be liable for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner 1) fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time the award notification was sent, 2) is found ineligible, or 3) does not complete and return an executed declaration and release within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
  10. Rights Granted by You. By submitting an entry (via registration into this promotion), you understand and agree that the Sponsor, or any individual acting on The Sponsor’s behalf, its  successors, and assigns shall, where permitted by law, have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, your submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image statements about the Giveaway promotion and your biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations without any further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration.
  11. Terms & Conditions:  The Sponsor reserves the rights to modify, suspend, or cancel, the Giveaway promotion should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, or administration of the Giveaway. The Sponsor, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by The Sponsor. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Giveaway or violate these terms & conditions will be disqualified by The Sponsor. .
  12. Limitation of Liability. Limitation of Liability. Your entry into the Giveaway constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless The Sponsor (Cavco Industries) and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees and officers against and from any and all claims, liabilities, injury, death, litigation, loss or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway and for the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. Sponsor not responsible for the malfunction, unauthorized access, or lost/delayed entries.  Participants release Sponsor from any injury or damage related to the prize.   The winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release within 10 days. 
  13. License and Insurance: Sponsor is not responsible for providing insurance coverage for the potential winner. If the winner chooses to use the cash prize to purchase a motorcycle, the winner is solely responsible for obtaining a valid motorcycle driver’s license, meeting all legal requirements to operate a two-wheeled motorcycle and securing all required insurance coverage. Cavco Industries is not liable for the performance of the prize or for any injuries, damages or losses resulting from its use.
  14. Disputes. THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND KENTUCKY, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT-OF-LAW PRINCIPLES. The entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that any disputes arising from or related to these Official Rules or this Promotion shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by AAA under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.  The arbitration shall take place in the state of Kentucky  and the judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered into in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties waive any right to a jury trial and agree to resolve claims individually, not as part of any purposed class or representative proceeding.   Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by AAA rules.
