It also features an optional walk up or pull down stairway. Interiors for all models can be finished in vinyl or finished drywall. We also offer saddle roofs, 8' and 9' flat ceilings and flexibility in floor plan design with the ability to lengthen most rooms.

Bringing Local Industry to the Classroom
At Cavco – Clarion, we believe strong communities start with meaningful work. That’s why we partner with local organizations like the Northwest Industrial Resource Center to introduce students to modern manufacturing careers and help create a pipeline of future talent right here in rural Pennsylvania. Through immersive classroom video tours and real employee stories, local students gain a firsthand look at the skills, opportunities and career paths available in manufacturing.

Inside our Clarion plant, team members build quality modular homes while building their own futures with hands-on training, internal growth and flexible scheduling. We support our team members and encourage them to learn new skills – whether that means advancing on the floor or developing a new trade on the job.
By opening our doors to educators and students, we’re helping shine a light on rewarding careers that don’t require a college degree and allow people to stay close to home. It’s part of our commitment to be an active, contributing member of the communities we serve – creating jobs, supporting local schools and helping the next generation see what’s possible right in their own backyard.
