Modular homes by Cavco - Manorwood are built indoors by skilled craftspeople, placed on a permanent foundation and finished to your state's construction codes – giving you all the speed and savings of factory-built construction without having to compromise anything.
Your home is constructed in sections, called modules, inside our modern, climate-controlled facilities while your foundation and site are being prepared at the same time. When the modules arrive, they go up fast. Once installed, your home is inspected to the same state and local building codes as any house on the block.
The result: a beautiful, custom-built, move-in-ready home – constructed to residential standards, often 10–20% less per square foot than comparable onsite-built construction.
