Recently, the Cavco - Lafayette manufacturing plant underwent a complete overhaul. We upgraded our plant from top to bottom to improve worker safety, product quality, workflow and efficiency.
With cutting-edge, custom-designed machinery, streamlined work processes, ergonomic workstations and the latest tools and computer technology, Cavco - Lafayette is building manufactured homes with higher quality, greater precision and faster. Some of our latest enhancements include:
- Dual nail gun systems;
- Upgraded catwalks;
- Automatic floor jigs;
- Spider lifts;
- Laser guides; and
- Pneumatic lifts.
