Take a Factory Tour

Cavco - Dorchester proudly offers tours of our office and production operations.  

All tours are scheduled and hosted by your independent builder or community representative. 

Tour guidelines and safety precautions: 

• Tours should be scheduled two weeks in advance
• Individuals must be 18 years of age
• No loose or flowing clothing
• No open-toed shoes, flip flops or sandals
• Safety equipment is provided (hard hats & eye protection)
